Can we sell multiple ticket tiers per event?
Yes — unlimited price tiers per event (general admission, VIP, early bird, table reservations, etc.), each with its own capacity cap, sale window, and inclusions. Tiers stop selling automatically when sold out and roll over to the next tier or a hold list.
How do hold lists work?
When an event is sold out, the next signup goes onto a hold list. As cancellations come in (or you release more capacity), the next person is auto-promoted, charged, and notified — all without staff intervention.
Do you support day-of QR check-in?
Yes. Every ticket has a unique QR code emailed and stored in the customer's portal. Door staff scan with any phone via the staff app — no extra hardware. Check-in counts and remaining capacity update live for the door manager.
Can we run private events alongside ticketed events?
Yes. Private bookings (full venue, weddings, corporate buyouts) and ticketed events run on the same engine. Block out a date for a private event and ticket sales for that day stop automatically.
Do you handle refunds and partial refunds?
Yes. Cancel a single ticket, a whole event, or refund partial amounts (e.g., when a customer downgrades a tier). All flows through the same Stripe ledger as your bookings.
Can we collect signed waivers for events?
Yes. Attach one or more waivers to any ticket tier (e.g., VIP includes a complimentary activity that needs a waiver). Customers sign on their phone — signed PDFs land on their record.
