Yes. Each service can be tied to specific providers (with their own skills, hours, and rooms). Clients pick their favorite provider or "any available" — Caldasa enforces room and provider availability automatically.
Do you handle packages, memberships, and gift cards?
Yes — sell single appointments, multi-session packages, monthly memberships, and gift cards. Remaining session counts and gift-card balances live on the customer record and are enforced at booking + checkout.
Can clients pre-pay or save a card on file?
Yes. Caldasa supports a deposit policy per service (fixed or percentage), saved-card-on-file, and full prepayment. Late-cancel and no-show fees can be charged automatically per your policy.
How do intake forms and waivers work?
Attach an intake form or waiver to any service. Clients fill it on their phone after booking — signed PDFs land on the customer record with a tamper-proof hash. Front desk can also collect on a tablet.
